We are a lean business entity that helps companies improve their business performance. We also buy small enterprises, microcompanies, or startups and improve their operations and subsequently sell to enterprises that can benefit greater of owning shares of such entities.
We also invest into real estate, and develop the properties we invest in.
Our focus is on SMEs, startups, and microcompanies.

4Lix purchased VUTCH – CHEMITEX, spol. s.r.o. – the leader in textile certification and testing in Slovakia. It split the entity into two separate organizations. It did so by selling part of the operation into a newly formed entity – VUTCH. 4Lix then improved VUTCH’s operation and subsequently sold the entity to one of the leading European textile labs and certification enterprises headaquartered in Belgium – Centexbel.
4Lix continues improving the real estate property and operation of the original VUTCH-CHEMITEX company.
4Lix established a new entity – a spin-off of VUTCH-CHEMITEX under the name of VUTCH, s.r.o. and established this textile testing lab and certification body as a new entity (which was quite a complex process from technical and administrative perspective). After approximately a year of its operation VUTCH was sold to renowned Belgium textile lab and certification body – CENTEXBEL.
